1st Annual Responsible Dog Ownership Day The Northeastern Maryland Kennel Club and PetSmart invite you to attend a celebration of dogs and their responsible owners in the greater Harford and Cecil County geography. Sunday, September 20, 2009 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. Location 412 Constant Friendship Blvd    Abington, MD Get in on the Fun! This will be a day for all responsible dog owners to join together and celebrate their dogs. We will have tons of activities, information, demonstrations, raffles, pictures, food and drink. Come and enjoy the day. Admission is FREE! A specific schedule of activities will be posted here this summer. Don’t forget to bring your dog.
